Precision Pediatric Operations was founded by Jennifer Morris, a Licensed Practical Nurse with a career that spans charge nursing in long-term care, medical-surgical nursing, dialysis, and 19 years of pediatric primary care at Fredericksburg’s largest independent pediatric practice.
During those 19 years, Jennifer managed the entire authorization workload across 3 locations and 11 providers. She built and ran the Synagis program from the ground up - tracking around 44 patients per season, coordinating with MedImmune, and earning the award for Top Synagis Coordinator for Virginia in 2015. She knows what documentation a payer needs before they ask for it.

When Jennifer worked as a pediatric nurse, she lived in the chaos of mismanaged authorizations firsthand. She watched practices waste staff time, money, and clinical resources fighting payers. She watched patient care get delayed over documentation that should have been submitted months earlier. She watched good nurses leave the field because the administrative burden was crushing.
Jennifer decided to fix it. Her and her husband, Rob, built Precision Pediatric Operations to be the authorization management partner that pediatric practices deserve - one that’s actually built by someone who understands what happens in a pediatric exam room.
